As of this date 12 28 2018 havent ridden incredebike yet , ,but will soon ,,,looking forward to it ,72 years old here ,,,need the excerise,,, but not to much peddling I hope ,,, just glide along !!!!!

Just the bike I wanted. It took a bit to get it assembled because I am a newbie and the photos in the User Manual were not very clear. The front brakes adjustment is still not quite right. Also, I have not received the options package yet. But love the bike!

Both my husband and I have mobility issues, so after feeling a bit over our heads and calling the awesome customer service line - not once, but twice , we are in love with our bikes! This is going to make a huge difference in us getting some exercise - and being easy on our joints. The customer service is heads above any I’ve ever encountered. I had so many questions and each one was patiently answered. The bikes are sturdy, and I love the step through. The comfort seat, extra basket, cell phone holder , and light added in as upgrades are all so awesome. The price was over $200 less than another brand I was looking at- then all the gifts?! You can’t beat it! If you want great value for your money and top notch 24-7 help at your fingertips this is the bike for you! Bike on!
